When it comes to food, I don't care what is said by some 'alternative' nutrition people,
you must feed your body what it needs, in order to improve health.
Why are you interested in Biofeedback Clearing? To improve your health for more opportunities in life?
So, you must eat well.
Nutrition might only be 10% of the picture, but it is the foundation, and you need a
strong foundation upon which to build clarity and freedom.
I have learned that excellent nutrition aids in the dissolution of memory 'crystals' on
the physical level. This enables memory of deep-seated problems and forgotten past traumas,
to be remembered and cleared more easily.
For the purpose of Clearing, all you need is a consistent diet containing all the essential goodies to maintain the body when it is under an added low level of stress.
My suggestion is a maintenance level intake of foods and food supplements, approximating the 'Body Electronics Nutrition Program'.

Here is a brief outline of the nutritional program:
- Fresh and Raw, organically produced foods - as close to this as reasonable is the general rule. This includes some animal products as tolerated/required and, a broad, delicious range of vegetables, sprouted pulses, soaked (germinated) nuts and seeds, freshly fermented foods, yummy fresh fruits, etc.
- 'Mature green pawpaw'/kiwifruit smoothy, as available
- Food enzymes, as required
- A broad range of chelated, colloidal minerals
- Flax seed oil and/or fish oils
- Probiotics - Grainfields B.E. liquid etc.
- A raw protein supplement: Spirilina/Chlorella/Grainfields powders etc.
- Schweitzer Formula if desired (even 20ml per day might be enough)
- Stabilized Oxygen (liquid drops)
- Vitamin B's if deficient
- Herbal preparations and other supplements as necessary.
An important point to grasp I believe, is this: because of the denuded nutritional state of
most people's bodies over long periods of time (from eating processed foods), dietary
supplementation, especially enzymes and minerals (from whole food sources) may be essential.
The 'synergy' of foods in the above list is important, not so much the quantity.
Any good Naturopath or naturally oriented Nutritionist could help you with improving your
nutrition. It might be a good idea to consult one to start you off in the right direction, particularly if you have food 'allergies' or other special needs.
Please don't be fanatical about nutrition. There's no point creating more stress
in your life than is necessary to do the job of clearing. Your unconscious thoughts are already
creating enough stress!
