Here is a list to get you on your way:
1Good Nutrition: Suggestions on the Nutrition page are a good place to start.
There are masses of nutritional information on the net, not always in the best interest of
the consumer. So try to narrow your field of inquiry to basic principles of organically
produced, fresh and raw foods, for example. Look on my links page too.
If healthy eating is new to you, make changes gradually, at your own pace. It's
what we eat 90% of the time that counts.
2Information & Links: Go to the downloads & links pages. All downloads are from Free Zone sources and are therefore free! I found these through the listed Free Zone links, whose downloads are in most cases, also free.
3Finding a Clearing Practitioner: Again the links might help you here. A practitioner
will be your best guide and a role model for later learning. It pays to have good support.
When I first came across Clearing I was in such an emotional plight that I demanded of
the Universe to find me some help! That got the ball rolling and the practitioner I found
was a friend of someone who responded to a newspaper ad I placed for a housemate. And at
that stage I didn't even have the house! Have faith, you'll find the right practitioner.
4Self Clearing is an option now due to the availability of the material outside of the scientology organization; especially too, if working on your own is your style and/or if you have financial constraints.
Download a copy of each book on the downloads page. And work through reading and applying the processes on yourself at your own pace. There is enough here to last you a long time and see you through a lot of clearing. Be patient with yourself and take it one step at a time.
Another option may be to work through this information with a friend. Encouraging and running 'processes' on each other can be highly motivating.
5Purchase a Biofeedback Clearing Meter: This may not be your immediate concern if you
have a practitioner. Or he/she can help you find one later, if you want.
If you're working on your own or with a friend, A meter is not a necessity initially, but highly recommeded.
